We acknowledge that there may be occasions when a return or exchange is required, and we are committed to facilitating a seamless process for your convenience. It is imperative to be aware that the initiation of the return/exchange procedure must occur within a one-week timeframe from the date of delivery to qualify for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any returns or exchanges beyond this stipulated one-week period. We emphasize the strict adherence to this policy and express our gratitude for your understanding in this matter.

Kindly note that a 20% restocking fee will be applicable to any return post order processing. While this may seem unique, it serves to cover the time invested in repackaging and restocking, as well as addressing payment processing fees. Upon approval of your return, we request active tracking information within 7 business days. Failure to provide tracking details within this timeframe may result in rejection or additional restocking fees, depending on the circumstances.

To facilitate a smooth return, ensure the item is in its original packaging, adequately packaged for secure transportation. We strongly recommend insuring your return package, as we cannot assume responsibility for any lost or damaged packages during the return shipment. Following inspection, a refund will be processed, typically taking 2-4 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and are the customer's responsibility unless the order was damaged or incorrect.

Prior to installation or modification, we advise a test-fit of your part. If installation issues arise, contact us in advance for assistance. For Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your part sustains damage during shipping, kindly refrain from discarding the packaging materials, as their retention is crucial for securing reimbursement. We require this documentation for filing an insurance claim.

Should you observe any damage, promptly notify us via email, attaching detailed photos of the issue, and include your name and order number. It's imperative to report damage within 2 days of delivery to initiate a successful claim. Failure to adhere to this timeframe may impede approval from our shipping insurance provider. While we don't provide warranties on our parts, any warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer.

We strongly recommend test-fitting your items before undertaking significant modifications, such as sanding, drilling, or adhesive application. Should you have installation concerns, reach out to us for assistance. Once a part has been installed or modified, it is ineligible for a refund or exchange under any circumstances. This policy is strictly enforced.

Shipping Costs

We kindly ask that you cover the cost of shipping when returning an item, unless it was damaged or incorrect due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable and a deduction will be made from a refund/exchange credit. Please note that the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

BACK ORDER POLICY

If an item is not in stock, we will hold a Back Order for you and ship the item as soon as it becomes available. We will advise you by phone or email if we experience a long delay from the manufacturer. PMW Carbon will not be held responsible for long delays beyond our control.
